Theatre

Last spring, Mike and I had a ball while studying in London visiting the theatre on half price student tickets. So we decided to take a shot with hottix, Chicago's own half-price booth. We knew we were in trouble when we were kindly greeted by a lady, about our age, who could only recommend shows they were sold out of. We finally settle on this one at the Red Orchid Theatre.

I remember the description saying something about a man in search of deep happiness. wow. i guess he was in search of it...
The theatre was really intimate - it sat about 60, and was about half full. It was also hot as Hades during the third act. The play itself it was over 3 hours long, and we left the theatre thinking, "What?" For a more thorough review, you can visit the Chicago Sun Times. Are we that uncultured? Better luck next time!

training

Yep. that's how many miles we ran today! The weather was less than cooperative, and i've been recovering from a foot injury, but both Mike and I survived! There is hope for the marathon after all...
